Being an ISO 9001: 2000 certified company, we take various steps to ensure a quality range of stabilizers and transformers. We have the following teams at our Quality Assurance Unit:

• Raw Material Team (RMT)
• Process Control Team (PCT)
• Product Testing Team (PCT)
• Final Inspection Team (FIT)

Our Raw Material Team conducts various test to offer a defect free range to our clients. Some of the tests are:

• Testing of the strength of the material
• Component's basic functionality
• Environmental tests like high temperatures, humidity, and water proof tests

In addition, we carry out various tests before manufacturing our range of stabilizers and transformers. We have exceeded the client expectations meeting their demands at various stages of the manufacturing procedure. Our Process Control Team takes care of all the protection measures, as per the set industry standards, right from designing stage to the final inspection. The nest testing is done by our Product Testing Team, which checks the range in real working conditions so that its performance and efficiency can be analyzed and if there are any faults, these could be located and removed. Ultimately, the products reach the Final Inspection Team, which re-checks the entire range on different parameters, after its 8 hours of aging is complete. Only after the final inspection, we dispatch our stabilizers and transformers to our clients.
